Our primary goal is to positively reinforce their contribution to education by expressing gratitude and acknowledgement in various forms such as delivering thank-you notes, gifts, appreciation certificates, grants and over the top luncheons. This not only lifts their spirits but also motivates them to continue doing their job passionately and professionally.
By making appreciation a habit, we can foster an environment that encourages Teacher retention, promotes their mental wellbeing, and bolsters their performance.

Our goal was to create an atmosphere of respect, gratitude, and encouragement for Teachers, contributing to their empowerment and motivation. Our initiative also served to draw attention to the teaching profession, inspiring communities to acknowledge the crucial role of educators in shaping society.
Chat & Chew Fall Edition Tea Party
The Chat & Chew Fall Edition Tea Party was a resounding success! We had the pleasure of passing out gifts to attendees from six different attractions, enjoying delicious food, and sharing sweet treats. The event was filled with fun games, exciting raffles, and lively entertainment. Attendees were inspired by words of wisdom and a powerful message that resonated with everyone. It was a truly memorable day of celebration, appreciation, and community spirit!
